It's because of Jace's ultimate. You basically place heir deck in exile, which contains everything they need to win, and they can't get their cards back in any way possible. The hand also becomes the deck, leaving them without a hand to counter anything for that turn and limiting their options by drawing one card at a time. If the opponent doesn't have a hand then you automatically win on their turn. It's an overpowered planeswalker.
